I lost the wireless multi tap box for rock band 2 for ps3. Do they sell them individually?

I lost my wireless multitap box for my guitar on rock band 2 for ps3. And without it i cant play on my guitar on rock band2. Do they sell them seperately or is there anything i can use to make it connect with my wireless guitar and work for rock band?

I’ve not seen seperate selling of the Guitar wireless receiver/ USB Hub and the actual guitar. You’d probably have to buy a new guitar, and hope that the wireless receivers in those are also USB hubs.
