Jack Black has such a great singing voice IMO that this is actually the first time I’ve heard of this song (Through the game). It is such a fun song to sing as I’m listening to all other RB Vocalists are doing it.

Yeah, my last account was permanently disabled due to (I think) Activision. Right before my account was shut down, the Kurt Cobain vid was removed due to copyright claim by Activision Games Inc. I will be continuing with this account so whatever it all. This week ateatree had to get up early for an exam which worked out since there are two instrumentals this week. L7 was skipped, sorry.

Was psyched to sight read FC this.

I managed to get on Jack Black’s friends list right after the announcement was made. Special thanks to Sayburr of the Rockband.com forums for posting it so quickly after it went live.

Various parts of the video are edited out for time, but you get to see all of Jack’s singing phrases. I’ll be adding annotations eventually.

And, yes, I know, I am teh sux at bass.

The solos are the easy part for me- not losing focus during the seeming endless strumming-to-chord-changes is where I always seem to mess up.
