Assuming I play them on the PS3, that is. Basically, I need to know if I can use the PS3 wireless Rock Band 2 Guitar on the PS3 to play Guitar Hero 2 for the PS2, since the PS3 is backwards compatible.

I lost my wireless multitap box for my guitar on rock band 2 for ps3. And without it i cant play on my guitar on rock band2. Do they sell them seperately or is there anything i can use to make it connect with my wireless guitar and work for rock band?
I’ve not seen seperate selling of the Guitar wireless receiver/ USB Hub and the actual guitar. You’d probably have to buy a new guitar, and hope that the wireless receivers in those are also USB hubs.

I bought my little brother the special edition Rock Band 2 for the Wii today as a late birthday gift. After shelling about $190, I figured I would get something worth my money. Turns out, the wireless guitar won’t pick up the signal from the USB connector on the Wii console, but the drums work just fine. Anybody have any ideas to help fix this, or should I just call EA for support?
push the guitar button on the guitar. if that doesnt work turn it off and back on. if that doesnt work unplug and replug guitar usb dongle. if that doesnt work call EA
